About the Role

The Labourer (Yard) is responsible for supporting civil construction operations from the company’s yard in Sancrox, NSW, through a range of manual, warehouse, and equipment-related tasks. This role involves daily pre-starts with the Plant Team, site preparation work, loading/unloading equipment, driving MR vehicles as required, forklift operations, yard duties and assisting with mechanical and inventory tasks. The Labourer ensures a safe, organised, and efficient yard environment to support our civil construction projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Current Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s license or equivalent is required.
• Current forklift license (High Risk Work License - LF) is essential.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Experience required

• Previous experience as a yard labourer in civil construction, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience with basic mechanical tasks or assisting with equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
• Proficient in safe and efficient forklift use for warehouse and yard tasks.
• Commitment to Work Health & Safety standards and Chain of Responsibility regulations.
