You will work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day engineering activities across civil works packages
  • Coordinating construction of reinforced concrete structures, including tanks, basins and foundations
  • Overseeing formwork, steel fixing, concrete pours, curing processes, and QA hold points
  • Supporting bulk earthworks, excavation, backfilling, and site preparation works
  • Coordinating procurement of materials, concrete supplies, reinforcement, formwork systems, and subcontract packages
  • Assisting with subcontractor scope development, tendering support, and procurement scheduling
  • Interpreting drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
  • Preparing and managing QA documentation including ITPs, checklists, and inspection records
  • Supporting construction planning, sequencing, and methodology development
  • Monitoring progress, reporting, and assisting with cost and project controls
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, Australian Standards, and project specifications
